Three things every event needs
Answers and dishes
Each guest says whether they’re coming and how many, picks a dish for each person and marks preferences and allergies. You see it all in one list — with a dish summary ready for the caterer.
Seating
A seating board on your hall plan: drag guests to tables, or press «Seat automatically» — a simple rule by groups and wishes. On the day, every guest sees their table number.
Directions and parking
Waze and Google Maps buttons, and parking within about 200 m of the venue on a map — from OpenStreetMap, as guidance only.

Paid by card through monobank. SHio is a Ukrainian business, so the card is charged in hryvnias — at the National Bank of Ukraine rate, minus 5% in your favour. Full refund within 14 days of payment, as long as the event date hasn’t come.

Add guests and send
Each guest gets a WhatsApp button with a ready message and a personal link — sent from your own phone, free.
See answers and seat
Who’s coming, how many dishes, who’s allergic to what — then seating on the hall plan.
Questions
Do guests need to install anything?
No. A guest opens the link in their browser, and that’s it.
How much is it?
₪79 per event for a couple or family; ₪390 once for a wedding venue — for all its events. Up to 15 invitations — free.
Which languages?
In Israel — Hebrew, English and Russian; in Ukraine — Ukrainian and English; elsewhere — English.
Is the parking information accurate?
Parking is found automatically from OpenStreetMap. It’s guidance only — the street sign decides.
What happens to the guests’ data?
Only you see the answers. Guest data is deleted 60 days after the event.
Can I cancel?
Yes: a full refund within 14 days of payment, as long as the event date hasn’t come. Write to support@shioweb.com.
