Delivery Policy

Everything SHio sells is digital. Nothing is shipped by post and there is no delivery charge: you receive the product by email or directly in your own account. Delivery starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. Where we deliver: to any city in Ukraine and to any other country in the world, except russia and belarus. The delivery service is email and your own account; there are no couriers or postal services.
Website templates (SHio Intelligent)
Usually within 15 minutes of payment you get an email with a «Connect Netlify» button. Sign in or sign up to Netlify for free and press «Authorize» — we then create the site, with its database and admin panel, in your own Netlify account and email you the site's address and the admin-panel password. Usually within half an hour, and no later than one business day after payment. The time until you connect Netlify is not counted.
SHio Basic
Before you pay, you view and change your site for free — it opens straight away after you pick a template. After payment you connect Netlify with one button right on the order page (it also comes by email), and the site is built in your account — usually within half an hour, and no later than 3 business days after payment. The site address and the admin password appear on the order page and come by email. The time until you connect Netlify isn't counted. All deadlines are in the SHio Basic Terms of Purchase, sections 5–6. A site from an online-shop template (5,990 UAH) is delivered the same way; its cart and payments work through your own payment provider, which you connect in the admin panel (section 2A).
Shopify themes and SHio Sections
As soon as payment is confirmed, you get an order confirmation email with a personal link to download the file (ZIP) — of the theme or of the SHio Sections pack. The link is valid for 30 days, and you can download the file again any time from My account on our site (sign in with the same email) or ask us for a new link. You install it yourself in your own Shopify store.
SHio Alive
After payment we read your site and email you the agent's settings page and installation instructions — usually within minutes, and no later than one business day. On a site we delivered, the agent is already installed. She appears on your site once you connect your own ElevenLabs account (paid to them directly, from $6 a month).
SHio Max (a site on rent)
Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Time we spend waiting for you (for example, until you connect Netlify) or while a third-party service is unavailable is not counted.
Business days
Sunday to Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays and Israeli public holidays. Time we spend waiting for you (for example, until you connect Netlify) or while a third-party service is unavailable is not counted.
Didn't receive it?
Check your spam folder first, then write to support@shioweb.com with your order number. If we miss a delivery time for a reason on our side, you can cancel and get a full refund — see the Refund Policy.
