Subscription check — terms of use & privacy

What it is
The SHio subscription check is a tool that shows you information from your own transaction file: recurring charges, price rises, double charges and services of the same kind, and covers that appear more than once in a «Har HaBituach» file. The check itself is free.
Your file
The file is opened and read in your browser, on your device. It is not sent to us or to any server, and we see neither it nor the results.
When you close the page the results are gone. What you choose to keep (your details for a letter, if you ticked «remember», the list of letters you sent, and services you marked «fine») is stored only in this browser on this device, and you can delete it with the button below.
Measurement and advertising tools run on the site only if you agreed to them in the cookie notice, and they see that you visited the page — not the file’s contents or the results. Details: the site’s privacy policy.
Not advice
The check is not financial, legal, insurance or tax advice. The detection is automatic and can be wrong — check every finding against your card company’s or bank’s statement before you act.
In the insurance check we only show what is in the file. Before cancelling a policy, talk to a licensed insurance agent or adviser.
The letters
The letters are sample wording. You review them, fill in the details and send them yourself, from your own e-mail or any other way. SHio is not a party, does not represent you and does not promise a result. For a complicated case, talk to a lawyer.
The companies’ cancellation addresses were gathered from public sources (the companies’ sites and consumer sites) on 20.10.2026 and may change. Outside Israel the letters name no specific law: consumer rules differ between countries.
Price
The check, the insurance check and the reminders are free. A ready letter: ₪19 in Israel; while we launch, letters are free everywhere. Before we start charging, the payment and cancellation terms will be published here.
