SHio · Subscription check
How much do you pay every month for things you forgot?
Drop in your card statement — PDF or Excel — and in a minute see every subscription, every price rise and every double charge. With a ready cancellation letter.
- No sign-up
- No bank password
- Your file stays with you
What you get
Four things — without searching yourself
We read the statement for you, line by line, and give you a clear answer.
- 1
One list of every regular charge
Everything that repeats: subscriptions, standing orders, mobile, TV, gym, apps.
- What each one costs a month — and a year
- The total, big, at the top
- Ordinary shopping (groceries, restaurants) is left out

- 2
Price rises and double charges — marked
Promotion over? Price jumped? The same service twice? You see it at once.
- «Price went up»: from what to what, when, and what it costs you a year
- «Twice a month» and a same-day «double charge»
- «Not recognised» — a small charge worth checking

- 3
A ready cancellation letter — in one click
Choose what you need — cancel, refund, bring back the promo price — and the letter is written.
- With the company’s cancellation address where we know it
- You type just your name
- Sent from your own e-mail — or copy / print it

- 4
Reminders and follow-up
Don’t miss the end of a promotion, and know whether the company really stopped charging.
- A reminder in your phone calendar — 30 and 3 days before
- After a letter: «check in a few business days»
- Still charging? The next letter is ready

How it works
- 1
Download your statement
From your card company’s or bank’s site or app — PDF or Excel.
- 2
Drop it here
The check runs in your browser. The file goes nowhere.
- 3
Get the answer
A list, the flags and ready letters — in a minute.
Drop your transaction details here
PDF or Excel, 3 to 12 months. Several files are fine — several cards, or your bank account too.
The file is read on your device and never goes online
You are online — you can disconnect and check: everything keeps working.
Where do I download it?
- 1In the monobank app open your card
- 2Tap «Statement» → choose a period
- 3Choose PDF, Excel or CSV and save the file
Menu names differ slightly between banks. Look for a statement and a PDF, Excel or CSV option.
Reminders
Don’t let a promotion end by surprise
The reminder goes into your own calendar — phone or computer. We keep nothing.
Letters you sent
Kept in this browser only. After a few business days, check your statement: did they stop charging?
You have not marked a letter as sent yet.
Privacy
Your file never leaves your device
Read in the browser
The check runs on your phone or computer. There is no server receiving the file — it has nowhere to go.
No account, no password
You don’t connect a bank or sign up. Nobody gets access to your money.
Gone when you close
Close the page and the results are gone. What you choose to remember stays in this browser only.
Want to be sure? Disconnect from the internet after the page loads, then drop the file. The check works.
Price
The check is free.

Questions
Is it really not sent to you?
Really. The file opens in your browser and is read there. It is never sent to a server — and you can check: disconnect from the internet after the page loads, and the check still works.
Which file do I need?
Transaction details from your card company or your bank account activity — PDF or Excel (CSV works too). A PDF that is a scan (a picture) cannot be read — then Excel is better.
Why don’t all my purchases show?
We show only what repeats: subscriptions, recurring payments, bills. Grocery or restaurant purchases don’t count — unless you were charged twice on the same day.
Does the letter really work?
A clear written cancellation — with your name, account and the request — is what companies act on, and your proof if they don’t. We are not lawyers and do not promise a result.
What is «keep my price»?
When a promotion ends the price jumps. A polite letter to the retention department — «I’d be glad to stay, at a fair price» — often brings the price back or a better offer.
What about the details I type in the letter?
They stay on the page. If you tick «remember», they are kept in this browser only, and you can delete them any time.
Who are you?
SHio — a studio that builds websites and templates. We built this check because we too were tired of finding forgotten subscriptions.
The check shows information from your own file and is not financial, legal or insurance advice. The letters are sample wording you send yourself.
