Questions before you start
No. The site lives in a free Netlify account in your name (Netlify is a hosting service — the place where a site is kept online), and we charge no subscription. The free plan is enough for a business site; if a site ever goes over its monthly limit, Netlify pauses it until next month unless you upgrade.
Yes. You buy a domain from any domain company (it isn't included in the price) and connect it in Netlify — https is added free. During the 14 days of support (if you gave us access) we can connect it for you: type the domain on your order page and paste the two lines we give you at your domain company. Until then the site works at its netlify.app address.
Yes. Add /admin to your site's address and sign in with the password from the email. There you change any text, price or contact detail and upload your own photos, and the «Open the builder» button opens the same builder as in the preview. Changes made by us are not included in the price.
Nothing bad: the site is saved with all your changes, and you can come back to it later — via the order page link, and a couple of hours later we email it to you too (we keep the preview; photos you uploaded yourself are kept for 60 days if the site isn't bought). One free site per email address. Until you pay, the site doesn't move to you. If something isn't working out, write to us at support@shioweb.com and we'll sort it out together.
Yes — with the templates in the «Online shops» category: a cart and online card payment right on the site, up to 100 products with sizes, colours and stock, orders in the admin panel and customer accounts. The money goes straight to your own payment service account (monobank, LiqPay or WayForPay) — SHio never receives it. Price: 5,990 UAH, once. The other templates have no cart: orders reach you on WhatsApp, by phone or through the enquiry form.
The language of the template you choose: on the Ukrainian version of our site the templates are in Ukrainian, on the English version — in English. You replace the sample texts with your own, in the same language.
